COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE INFORMATION

 

1. The NYS Department of Health COVID-19 Drive-Through Testing Facility is up and running in Rockland County. Please encourage members of your community who are in need of testing to call the DOH Hotline to make an appointment: 888-364-3065. The Facility is located in Anthony Wayne Recreational Area, Exit 17 Palisades Parkway.

3. The Office for the Aging is offering shopping for seniors who are unable to get to a grocery store. Please call 845-364-2110 for this free delivery service. 

4. If you find you do not have access to food, Meals on Wheels can assist you in delivering meals to your home. Please call 845 624-6325 and speak with Olivia or Donna.
