SISTERHOOD

The OJC Sisterhood is a member of the Hudson Valley Branch of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism. In perpetuating the philosophy of Mathilde Schechter, the found of  Women’s League, the OJC Sisterhood is committed to strengthening the bonds of unity among Jewish women.

Through our programming of events and activities, the OJC Sisterhood strives to provide women a resource for Jewish education, a climate to promote friendships and a mechanism for enhancing Jewish traditions through meaningful experiences. Sisterhood offers a wide variety of opportunities to participate.
