The OJC Men’s Club seeks to strengthen the participation of men in service to the synagogue, foster the ideals of Conservative Judaism, explore our roles as Jewish men, and have a good time doing so.

We are part of the Hudson Valley Region of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs and so we have connections throughout the world. Through the FJMC, we have brought in new programs to supplement those that have been in place.

Some of our projects include: Sukkah Palooza (the sukkah construction), the Bruce Cowen Scholarship fund, a Purim Carnival, Bicycle Raffles, the Yellow Candle Program (for Yom HaShoah), and numerous Social Events.

We plan lecture series, which in the past have featured such luminaries as a former Israeli ambassador, and music programs, which previously have included a Sunday Brunch concert by renowned jazz pianist Jon Weber.
